The room was fairly cheap, but the
check-in process was super quick and easy. However, the amenities were basic, and I felt the room could have used a little more attention to detail.

great access to attractions and walking areas for city lovers
I enjoyed how close we were to the beautiful Museum of Fine Arts, just a short walk of less than 1 km away, and the charming Eglise Saint-Bruno, which was only about 500 meters from our room, making city strolls a true delight. the room was spacious, but the sparse furnishings could use a refresh.

Shoddy service at the bar!!! Fridge in the room was nonfunctional throughout the stay!!! Breakfast service felt rushed and inconsiderate even with time left!!! Lifts were out of order during a busy stay, leaving guests inconvenienced!!!

We loved our stay with the kids! The staff were super helpful and made us feel welcome. The bar was nice, and we enjoyed our drinks after a day of exploring the city. The location was perfect for walking to attractions with our grandchildren.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could be better for families.

I had a comfortable stay in the Privilege Double Room. It was a good size, well laid out, and very clean. The bed was cozy, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly, which was awesome since it was super hot outside. Also, the WiFi was fast! The only downside was that the shower pressure was a bit low, but everything else made up for it.

Romantic weekend getaway for couples
The check-in was fantastic. the guy at the desk treated us like royalty, and the room was ready early, which was unexpected. We also loved the breakfast buffet-so many options, and I could actually enjoy my eggs sunny side up, which was a rarity for me.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, for what we got, it was still fine.
